1990:  In 1990, while in the employment of the Legal Assistance Centre, he addressed meetings at the following places where he explained the Namibian Constitution (1990) to the communities:

Engela, Mariental (Aimablaagte), Gobabis, Ombalantu (Anamulenge), Ongha Secondary School (teachers of Circuit 7), Dobra (students), Ongwediva [3 times: (i) Pastors of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (ELCIN); (ii) ELCIN Youth Annual Conference; and (iii) Students Christian Movement Annual Conference] and Windhoek (Justice and Peace Commission).

1991:  Addressed Okutumbatumba Hawkers Association on their rights and the Constitution and the laws of Namibia, 2nd July 1991 (represented the Office of the Attorney-General).

1994:  Discussant at a history conference titled ‘Trees Never Meet: Mobility and Containment in Namibia, 1915 – 1945′, held at the University of Namibia, Windhoek, from 25th – 28th August 1994.

1996: International Humanitarian Law: Overview of Implementation Measures Adopted by Namibia’, a lecture delivered at a workshop organised by the International Committee of the Red Cross, Midgard Resort, Namibia, 21st – 23rd February 1996.

Hague Academy of International Law

1993:  1st – 12th November 1993: Delivered a series of lectures and seminars on State succession to treaties, 22nd External Programme of the Hague Academy on International Law, held in Harare, Zimbabwe.

1996:  22nd July – 9th August 1996: Director of Studies at Hague Academy of International Law, the Hague, Netherlands, Public International Law, English Speaking Section, and delivered the following papers in seminars:
