1986 – 1988: Committee member of United Nations Association, Southern Africa Working Group, U.K. (London);
1986 – 1989: Committee Member of Southern Africa: The Imprisoned Society (SATIS), a sub-committee of Anti-Apartheid Movement, Britain, London, 1986- May 1989. SATIS was campaigning for the release of political prisoners in Namibia and South Africa.
1987 – 1988: Founding member of Lawyers Against Apartheid (London, January 1987). Member of the Committee (January 1987 – August 1988). Also member of the Editorial Committee of Lawyers Against Apartheid Bulletin.
1988: Member of Church Action on Namibia Exhibition Committee. This Committee was created to prepare the 12 panels feature exhibition on Namibia funded by OXFAM (U.K.).
1988: Committee Member of North London Namibia Support Group (a group affiliated to Namibia Support Committee).

1992 -1993: Member of the Law Faculty Sub-Committee of the Office of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Namibia which addressed the question whether or not there should be a Law Faculty. Report published on 4th April 1993.

2009 – Present: Member of Technical Committee on Continental Shelf Project of Namibia. Appointment made by Cabinet. Committee responsible for negotiating and presenting the extended claim of Namibia to the Nations Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf in terms of Article 76 of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 1982. Report submitted in 2009,first presentation made in New York on 6th April 2010.
